Google Image swirl is another product from Google. It is it’s demo state but you can see what it has in store for you and other web users.

Google Image swirl is still in Google’s labs but you need to check it out before it becomes overused…lol

To get started, go here: http://image-swirl.googlelabs.com/

I tried searching for Nigeria using Google Image Swirl, these are the results i found after clicking one image after the other;

1. http://image-swirl.googlelabs.com/html?query=nigeria#
2. http://image-swirl.googlelabs.com/html?query=nigeria#855

….and the swirl continues

If i keep clicking on the images, i will keep getting to other images on the swirl (swirl means to move with a twisting or whirling motion.)

Please note, some queries are not yet included in the search results.

What do you have to say about Google Image Swirl?

First, let’s define the term Explosive Results for our usage.

A standard social media campaign helps spread the word about you and encourages other people to as well.

An explosive social media campaign has inherent viral exposure, inspires community driven communication, helps make the web a better place, and even brings joy to people, however fleeting.

When you share in social media, if your goal is just to get more people to see your links, you’re on the right track, but at the same time, you’re limiting your potential. You may think that getting explosive results from social media will take more time, energy and money, but this doesn’t have to be the case.

If you’re a business owner, you know that working harder doesn’t necessarily mean better results – what if
you’re working hard on the wrong thing?

Sometimes the remedy is working smarter. Here are a few small changes you can make to your social media approach that can propel your social media results from lukewarm to smoking hot.

Explosive Social Media Tactic #1 – Hot Content

The cornerstone to any social media campaign is the content. If you get this component wrong, it doesn’t matter if all other elements are perfect. Study what’s going hot in your targeted topic and find a unique angle to tailor your content into what people already like, without stealing their ideas.

Explosive Social Media Tactic #2 – Niched Network Nuances

The more tightly focused your submissions to social media sites are, the more likely they are to go viral, whether they are links you share by other people or yours. Here’s the logic.

People follow other people with similar interests. They’re on sites like Google, Yahoo, StumbleUpon, Delicious and Digg actively looking for new content. Put those two things together and you have a whirlwind of clicks happening. The only question is, will it be your link that gets clicked or passed over?

Having 5000 connections on Twitter or Facebook is useless if you are connected to people who don’t want your broadcasts, and you’re just as useless to them if you don’t want theirs. If my interest is in improving my existing business and you’re trying to get me to sell your network marketing products, it doesn’t matter how many times you ask me. If I’m not interested, your continued broadcasts will be ignored, or worse yet, blocked completely.

It’s about the perfect balance of quality AND quantity.

And if I’m not paying attention to you, I can’t and won’t spread your message. If you are in network marketing, why not go after people who love the network marketing concept but can’t seem to find the right company? That’s a perfect match, and can dramatically cut down your search for the right partners and prospects.

Explosive Social Media Tactic #3 – Simplify Sharing

It amazes me how many people miss this one.

You’ve got great content. You’ve got a massive, niched network.

Why feed them content that’s hard to share? Does that report have to be in PDF format? If so, does it have to be behind an opt-ín wall if you’re spreading it among people who have Already opted in? Anyone connected to your business through its Facebook page, or your Twitter stream is also part of your opt-ín list. Yes, it would be best if they were on your email newsletter list, but what faster way to get them there than to show them you don’t need to hold them prisoner there?

If your whitepaper is of such high value that you don’t want it to spread, well, that’s something different. But if you’re sharing it so other people will spread it, make it easy for others to share.

Send your su.pr link so all they have to do is click the Thumbs-Up button.

Put a few sharing links on your page.

Make it easy for them to Retweet.

The easier it is for them to share, the more likely they are to do it.

Explosive Social Media Tactic #4 – Consistency

And now we come to the area I fail at the most. It’s one of the things I know I need to do, but I haven’t quite gotten the hang of how to brainstorm, create and distribute quality content consistently, and still give the best possible service and support to my customers and clients. I always err on serving people who have bought from me, figuring that next blog post can wait until tomorrow.

Then at some point, I noticed a decline in return traffic – people weren’t coming back because they’d already heard everything I had to say. The solution? I got help for my content creation process. The ideas are still mine, but I was able to barter help for research, transcribing, and editing. I am also able to get audio and video polished much less expensively than I thought, though I don’t always use this option due to time constraints.

The other thing that helped a lot was getting over my perfectionism complex. Release your content as soon as you can. I can’t tell you how much money I’ve left on the table from my old fear of the typo and grammar police. Not to mention the fact that I felt like I was leaving my audience hanging.

You subscribe to something because you want to get regular updates. If your favorite daily news show started coming on once a week, you’d probably switch channels. If you’re inconsistent without explanation, your audience numbers will drop and your network will fade.

Explosive Social Media Tactic #5 – Think Engagement

Measuring your results by page view alone is a thing of the past. When the web was mostly text and images, it made some sense that how many pages a visitor viewed at your site was a true measure of engagement.

Nowadays this isn’t the case. You want to look instead at how long people are at your site. The exception, of course, is when customers are coming to your site to buy, and the order processing system takes them off your page. But if people aren’t leaving your site because they’re ready to buy or subscribe, you truly must look at why they aren’t paying more attention to your content, and what changes you can make to get them to stay.

This is critically important in understanding which content will go viral naturally. What posts are people staying on your site to comment on? When do they take a few extra seconds to retweet? Are they watching your videos all the way through?

Microsoft Corp.’s new Windows 7 computer operating system hopes to pull off a major trick with memory — not computer memory, but that of its users.

It’s supposed to make us forget Vista.

The Vista operating system, which Windows 7 will replace this month, has had a less than stellar reputation since its debut in 2007.

Because of Vista’s technical foibles, sluggish operation and inability to play nicely with some programs, many consumers and professionals shunned it, refusing to update from Microsoft’s XP operating system. Apple Inc. made fun of Vista in a set of TV commercials, and Microsoft replied with ads that suggested Vista wasn’t that awful.

The Windows 7 upgrade, which will sell for $119 for the Home Premium consumer version, is a chance at redemption. But it’s also a campaign to head off the first real competition Windows has had in the PC field.

Google Inc. plans to introduce its first operating system, Chrome OS, next year. Because it will be a so-called cloud computing system — with many of its operations living on the Internet — it’s hyped to be extremely fast, with the ability to evolve constantly.

Like Windows, Chrome OS will work on PCs. But unlike Windows, it will be free.

At first, Chrome OS will be just for the small laptops known as netbooks. But if it is successful and is expanded to full-size laptops and desktop computers, it could be a formidable challenger.

Which is perhaps why, although there is nothing revolutionary about Windows 7, Microsoft has striven mightily — and in some ways successfully — to at least catch up with and foresee the competition when it comes to user friendliness.

A prime example is its computer search function, which is frustratingly slow on Vista and previous Microsoft operating systems.

The new search on Windows 7 is a tremendous improvement in that almost instantly it can find a word or phrase anywhere on the computer, whether in documents, e-mails or even the names of photos and songs.

But outside of Microsoft, that kind of search is nothing new. Google Desktop gave PC users the ability to do it starting in 2004. And Apple made lightning-fast search part of its operating system in 2005.

Microsoft also is looking forward by updating its enhancements for tablet computers that use touch screens. Indeed, the company says that on the day Windows 7 officially debuts — Oct. 22 — several manufacturers with which it works will introduce PC-based tablet computers.

Windows 7 has a look that resembles Vista, which is to say ugly. But early testing by me and a couple of colleagues found the new operating system to be faster and less troublesome than its predecessor.

It’s also not nearly as bulky. The standard version of Windows 7, unlike Vista, will run on netbook computers.

Here’s how Windows 7 performed in several key areas.

Installation:

Upgrading from Vista to Windows 7 went smoothly, taking about 50 minutes to two hours, depending on what was on the computer and its speed.

An upgrade adviser program scanned existing programs and flagged possible compatibility problems. In one case it found two major programs that would not run on Windows 7 — iTunes and the Panda anti-virus program. But updated versions of these programs were installed without a hitch and then ran just fine.

If you want to jump from XP to Windows 7, that can be done but requires an extra step. You first have to take all your files — documents, photos, etc. — and put them on an external storage device.

After installation of the new operating system, you put them back on the computer, and you’ll also have to reinstall any programs that aren’t part of Windows 7.

What’s missing:

In the past, Microsoft operating systems came loaded with e-mail, calendar and video programs.

No more. They’re not on Windows 7. But don’t despair — they can be downloaded for free from the company’s Windows Live site.

More potentially problematic is the e-mail program replacing Outlook Express and Windows Mail. But a test of transferring content from Windows Mail to the new Windows Live Mail program went well. The mail program also includes a calendar application. (The standard version of Outlook that comes with the Microsoft Office suite is not affected by the new operating system.)

One item that stands a good chance of not working after the upgrade is a virtual private network used to access a remote computer. That’s not a surprise, as VPN settings sometimes have to be adjusted to fit a new operating system.

Speed:

We didn’t have access to equipment needed to scientifically measure the speed of Windows 7 operations.

But programs and Internet browsers appeared to move at far snappier speeds than on former Windows versions.

Especially impressive was Photoshop photo editing software, which got a terrific speed boost post-upgrade in our tests.

Screen design:

Yuck.

I don’t know what consultant (probably a committee) advised Microsoft that everything had to be tinged with baby blue, but it gives Windows 7 a vague, messy look.

The other color choices, if you can find them (Windows 7 does not make changing the appearance easy), are just about as wishy-washy.

Apple’s Mac OS X operating system, by contrast, has a crisp, architectural look that’s much more pleasurable to view hours on end.

Screen organization:

Windows 7 comes with several new tricks for manipulating and organizing open documents, Web pages and applications.

At the bottom of the screen is the task bar with block-shaped icons representing the open windows. It looks suspiciously like the dock feature that has been a part of Mac OS X for several years.

And it has a couple of cool enhancements. When you move the cursor over the icons, thumbnail views of that program’s open windows appear. Click one, and the window pops to the front.

There’s an especially nice feature that allows you to re-size two windows so that they are side by side, each taking up half the screen. Then it’s a simple matter to copy and paste (or even click and drag, depending on the program) from one to the other.

Microsoft seems to have “borrowed” several Apple features over the years, but this side-by-side trick is so useful that it would be swell for Mac users if Apple appropriated this one.

So at the end of the day, is the Windows 7 upgrade worth $119? That depends on how you feel about your current PC operating system.

If you have XP and it’s working perfectly for you, it might be just fine to stick with it, especially if you’re only doing basic e-mail, word processing and Web browsing. If you have Vista and can’t understand why people put it down, you could stick with it too.

But Windows 7, at least in our preliminary tests, has some real advantages in speed, user friendliness and stability. The only problem we had was waking the computer from sleep in a couple of instances. We had to do a full restart instead. We hope this will be solved by the time Windows 7 goes on sale.

Windows 7′s high points

Microsoft’s Windows 7 operating system, which will displace Vista this month, sports several new consumer-friendly features. Here are three favorites:

Search:

Windows finally gets a decent search function to speedily track down words or phrases on stored files.

Snap:

This feature enables a user to position two files side by side and then easily copy and paste from one to the other. You could have your notes on the left side of the screen, for example, and the great American novel you’re writing on the right.

Taskbar:

The icons of programs are lined up along an edge of the screen in this much-improved feature. Place the cursor over an icon to get thumbnail views of that program’s open windows, no matter how deeply they’re buried on the screen.

There are dozens of tricks you can learn to speed up and improve your Google searches. Here are five useful tips.

1.  To search for something on a specific Web site, type site:example.com and then your search terms. For instance, a Google search for me on Orlando Sentinel.com
would look like this: site:orlandosentinel.com Etan Horowitz. The search results Google returns will all be from that Web site. This is often a better method for finding information on a particular Web site than using the site’s own search function.

2.  To filter your search results by the type of Web sites (videos, blogs, etc) or by date, after you conduct a Google search, click on the “show options” link at the top of the search-results page. You should see a number of filters you can use. If you are signed into your Google account when you do Web browsing, you can even filter for pages you have or have not visited previously.

3.  If your search results contain links to PDF files, you can view them with their original formatting without having to download them. To do this, click on the link that says “Quick View” underneath the title of the search result. Google has not yet rolled this feature out for all PDFs.

4.  You can use Google to answer your questions by entering certain search terms. For instance, to get a word’s definition, type define and then the word you want to look up. For conversions such as currency, type something such as “5 dollars = ? euros.”

5.  To see how popular a particular search term is right now, search for it and then scroll down to the bottom of the first page of search results. If it’s a hot topic, you should see a graph at the bottom of the page showing how popular the search term is. To see a list of all of the popular search terms, visit google.com/trends.

Adesoji Adegbulu
for Holidays and Cash Team

It has been said that understanding makes one outstanding. It has also been said once a thing is known, abuse is eradicated.

To this effect, I want you to give me 15 minutes of your time. I will use this 15 minutes to open you to the basics of Holidays and Cash. You will need to read this through and follow the actions that follows so as to be outstanding with this opportunity and also eradicate abuse. It’s 80% up to you and 20% up to me.

All you need to do Holidays and Cash well and be profitable in it is just two people. Once you become a member, you don’t need to sell to all the world. All you need do is to sell the package to two people. And when you successfully sign them up, you teach them to also sell to two other people. With this, you sponsor and teach, you do not recruit. So basically, you get two sign ups and you teach the two people how to get two sign ups too (just like the picture above shows). The good thing is that, you earn on the two sign ups you get and also earn on the two sign ups that your sign ups get.

Mathematically, this is what i mean;

You –                 1 x 2 = 2
Your 1st line –     2 x 2 = 4
Your 2nd line –     4 x 2 = 8
Your 3rd line –     8 x 2 = 16
Your 4th line –     16 x 2 = 32
Your 5th line –     32 x 2 = 64
Your 6th line –     64 x 2 = 128
(the picture above shows it well)

Note: 2 represents the number of sales you make

The implication of the above mathematics is that you will earn a minimum of $30 on every sale. So, let’s say you got your first two people (or 2 sales) in one month and your two people sells to two other people in the next month and so forth, by the end of the 6th month, you would have made a minimum of $30 x 128 = $3, 840. This is when your rewards are calculated based on your team sales alone. Remember, all you did was to sell to two people and teaching the two people to sell to two other people.

Considering the other reward system involved, your minimal income will be $75, 000 by the end of the 6th month. With this, you would have become a Silver member (earning 10% of your team sales including your own sales) in your 3rd month, a Gold member (earning 20% of your team sales including your own sales) in your 4th month and a Platinum member ((earning at least $3, 000 weekly) in your 5th/6th month. And if you want to speed up this, you can decide to sell to 3, 4 or 5 people each month. It all depends on you. All you need to get started on this road is to purchase a privilege pack which costs just $250.

Please note, this is not a get rich quick scheme but a get rich sure opportunity. This is for ONLY serious people who wants extra income that can become a full income, financial freedom, a business of their own, more spare time, personal development, helping others, meeting new people, early retirement, and leaving a legacy. On the HELPING OTHERS part, I have made up my mind to help as many people that joins me in this to realize what I have stated above. I will sponsor and teach you to make this a reality. You are here because you want to turn your dream or dreams into goals. Before I show you HOW, I need to ask, do you have a dream? Do you want to set goals for yourself? Dreams are what you want to end up like. Goals are what you do time par time to end of in your dream. In short, like the picture here shows, you must have a destination before you can set goals. That destination is your dream.

A simple analogy is a football competition, let’s say world cup. All the participating teams have a dream of wining the cup but they need to score more goals than their opponent each match amongst other right things in order to end up with their dreams.

Pulitzer Prize winning author, Annie Dillard, said, “If we listened to our intellect, we’d never have a love affair. We’d never have a friendship. We’d never go into business, because we’d be too cynical. Well, that’s nonsense. You’ve got to jump off cliffs all the time and build your wings on the way down.”

Most of the great achievements in life started out simply as a dream. When people begin to turn their dreams into goals, and their goals into actions, amazing things happen! Such amazing things can happen for you too.

Here are some ideas for doing exactly that;

  • Write down the dream. (Then place it where you’ll see it often.) You might have heard this before. The reason why you are reading it again is simply because it is important. Don’t neglect it this time around. The little things we neglect becomes a bigger thing that hinders us later.
  • Think of all the things (steps, people, objects, actions, skills, opportunity, etc) needed to fulfill the dream.
  • Jot down short term and long term goals to achieve all those needs.
  • Take it a step at a time.
These may look simple but beneath it lies great achievement. Life is not written in stones. Life is not painted in pictures. It is what you make of it. If only you can put the ideas above into practice daily, in a couple of years, your dreams will be achieved. And when that is achieved, dream yet another dream. The beauty of life is actions. That is why we have all we have to act. Don’t just stop at reading, fulfill your dreams by acting what you have read.

Keep believing.

In order to help you achieve your dreams, you are invited to a presentation that will change your life for the best and put you in the class of the rich and financially free. This presentation will open you up to a GET RICH SURE OPPORTUNITY and not a GET RICH QUICK SCHEME. The details of the presentation is below:
